Everybody makes judgments in their private imagination. When you hear something bad about another person, and you do not go to them to find out their side of the story, you have failed to inform them of the nature of the accusations against them.
This clause of the Amendment is pivotal, within the Human Standard. This means tell each other whatever stories you have heard about each other. If you apply this human right, you give each other the chance to tell their side of whatever story you have heard. |
